My name is Kathryn and I am a certified Nutritional Therapist Practitioner. Whole, fresh, and unprocessed foods are used to make nutritious meals in my kitchen! I have food sensitivities to gluten, soy, dairy, and eggs. Some of the staples in my kitchen include grass fed meat, organic fruits, veggies, coconut oil, seeds, beans, and ancient grains.
