Initial Consultation:
This 20 min. consultation is free. We will discuss your health, what you hope to gain from nutritional therapy, and see if this is the right route for you to take.  This can be done in person, over the phone, or through skype/google +.

First Session:
90 minutes for $150. You will complete an in-depth nutritional questionnaire and food journal prior to this session. This information, combined with additional testing, and your personal goals will allow us to come up with a customized plan to restore your health.

Follow-up Sessions:
50 minutes for $60. It's important that I re-assess you and make sure we are headed in the right direction. It's a good idea to keep a journal and note the changes that you experience between sessions.

Meal Planning:
40 minutes for $50. Knowing what you are going to prepare and buy ahead of time will allow you to make good food choices. Consuming healthy food is harder to do when you are hungry and in a hurry.

Cooking Classes:
$50 per class. Dealing with food allergies, soaking nuts, sprouting grains, making ghee, and cooking bone broth are a vital part of a healthy diet. However, learning to create properly prepared whole foods can feel overwhelming. I can show you how simple it really is.
